• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Provide access to creator Discord communities
• Communicate with you about your account (including via SMS for payment notifications)
• Verify your identity and prevent fraud
• Enable account recovery
• Improve and maintain our Service
• Comply with legal obligations

Phone Number: Your phone number is collected during checkout via Stripe and may be used for payment verification, fraud prevention, and account recovery. We do not use your phone number for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

We share your information only as follows:

• With Creators: Creators see your Discord username, email, phone number (if provided), and subscription status
• With Stripe: Payment processing is handled by Stripe under their privacy policy
• With Discord: We interact with Discord's API to manage roles and access
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect rights and safety

When you cancel a subscription, we may ask you to complete an optional exit survey. This feedback is shared with the creator in aggregate form to help them improve their offerings. Your individual responses are not personally identifiable to the creator unless you choose to include identifying information in your comments.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Payment data is encrypted and processed by Stripe. We use secure HTTPS connections and database encryption. However, no method of transmission is 100% secure.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Transaction records are retained for legal and accounting purposes. You may request account deletion by contacting support.

You have the right to:

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Third-party services like Stripe may use their own cookies.

ReaperPay is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we learn we have collected information from a child, we will delete it promptly.
