Refund Policy

Creator-Defined Refund Policies

ReaperPay is a payment platform that connects subscribers with creators. Refund policies are determined by each individual creator, not by ReaperPay. When you subscribe to a creator's community, you are subject to that creator's specific refund terms.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are entitled to a refund:

  1. Contact the creator directly through their Discord server or listed contact method
  2. If you cannot reach the creator, contact ReaperPay support at help@reaperpay.com
  3. Include your subscription details and reason for the refund request

ReaperPay's Role

ReaperPay facilitates payment processing but does not control the content, services, or refund policies of creators on our platform. We will assist in mediating disputes when possible but cannot guarantee refunds for creator-related issues.

Situations We May Assist With

  • Technical errors that resulted in duplicate charges
  • Payments processed after subscription cancellation
  • Creator account termination or abandonment
  • Fraudulent activity on your account

Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund. Your access typically continues until the end of your current billing period. Refunds for partial periods are at the creator's discretion.

Platform Fees

ReaperPay's 5% platform fee and Stripe's processing fees are non-refundable, as these costs are incurred at the time of transaction. If a creator issues a refund, it will be for the amount they received.

Chargebacks

We encourage resolving issues directly with creators or through our support team before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Excessive chargebacks may result in account suspension.
