Terms of Service

By accessing or using ReaperPay ("Service"), operated by ReaperLabs AI ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

ReaperPay is a payment processing and Discord community management platform that enables creators to monetize their Discord communities through subscription-based memberships. We facilitate payments between creators and subscribers but do not directly provide content or community services.

To use ReaperPay, you must authenticate via Discord OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account and all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

ReaperPay charges creators a platform fee of 5% on all transactions processed through the Service. Payment processing fees charged by Stripe (approximately 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction, varies by region) are separate and passed through to supporters. All fees are non-refundable.

Creators are solely responsible for the content, communities, and services they provide to subscribers. Creators must comply with all applicable laws, Discord's Terms of Service, and must not use ReaperPay for illegal activities, fraud, or prohibited content.

Subscribers receive access to creator communities based on their subscription tier. Access is contingent on active payment. Upon subscription cancellation or payment failure, access may be revoked immediately or at the end of the billing period at the creator's discretion.

ReaperPay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to us in the past 12 months.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm the platform or its users. Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting support.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.
